step one

Overcome Self-Sabotage

In this first pillar, we explore what’s causing you burnout. Then, I lead you through exercises to help you overcome your inner critic, re-write your limiting beliefs, and establish healthy boundaries. This sets the foundation for our work together. A marathon runner can’t perform at her best if there are pesky rocks in her shoes and heavy weights around her ankles. This is the step where we take all the rocks out of your shoes, unstrap the weights from your ankles and set you up for success.

  • Inner critic & Imposter Syndrome Exercise

  • Re-write your limiting beliefs

  • Examine your “leaky” boundaries – where are you over-functioning, people pleasing, and taking on too much work, etc.

  • Learn to protect your time (Time Audit, Eliminate, Automate, Delegate, Streamline)

Build Resilience

After you have cleared out the limiting beliefs and learned to manage your inner critic in Pillar 1, it’s time to set up some daily practices that support your mental and physical well-being. This step is designed to teach you systems that the top CEOs and athletes all over the world use to keep them calm, focused, and able to perform at the highest level.

  • Learn how to manage your energy, NOT your time

  • Create pre- and post- work rituals to create healthy transitions between “work” and “non-work” modes, that support your focus

  • Optimize your work environment so it feels more nourishing and supportive for you

  • Create systems that help you resist temptation to work in the evenings and weekends

  • Connect with your inner wisdom to help you navigate difficult conversations

Create your Vision for the Future

What is your vision for the future? How do you want to spend your time inside and outside of work? After setting up supportive daily rituals to set you up for success, this step is designed to help you clarify what you want to create in your life. I will guide you through exercises to help you clarify your purpose, and what kind of impact you want to have on the world, using your natural strengths. This is where we set our goals and start to get concrete about what you want to create more space for in your life.

  • Identify your top five character strengths with the StrengthsFinder Assessment

  • Identify your core values, and reconnect with your “why”

  • Craft a personal mission statement

  • Identify your superpowers, from the perspective of your colleagues

Design a Roadmap & Framework to Stay Burnout-free

We co-create a framework of practical, actionable steps to help you achieve more fulfillment in your life and career. In Pillar 3, we identified what needs to change in order to create more happiness and fulfillment. In Pillar 4, we make a plan to make the changes, step by step. I will support you as you begin implementing the steps in this framework.

  • Putting it all together to map out the way forward, in a 3-5 page framework document

  • Identify how we can align your personal mission and your strengths

  • Identify what’s missing in your life that would offer you the sense of fulfillment you were lacking

  • Make changes to be happier/burnout free in your current role OR explore new roles

  • Identify what values you want to share with your community/team/clients moving forward

The Mastering Boundaries and Resilience Coaching Package is customized for you based on where you currently are in your journey to recover from burnout and build resilience.  This is NOT a one size fits all approach, but instead is a very high-touch coaching package.  As a result, clients get amazing results in learning how to balance their mission-driven work with a fulfilling personal life. 

In order to provide my clients with a high degree of attention and customized coaching, spots in my coaching practice are limited. 

Once you fill out the application, I’ll be in touch within two business days to let you know if it was accepted and we’ll schedule the discovery call.  The discovery call allows me to take a deeper dive into understanding your needs and goals, answer your questions and discuss a strategy to get you where you need to be.
